These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and wj802 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the wj802 online gaming platform available at wj802.app. These Terms apply to all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services and customer support interactions offered through the wj802 platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain a wj802 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

To register a wj802 account you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, set a secure password and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and update that information promptly if it changes. The following documentation may be required during KYC verification:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued National Identity Card (NID).
• A recent selfie photograph for biometric identity matching purposes.

If you attempt to open more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited. You must not share your username, password or OTP with any other person. wj802 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All financial transactions on the wj802 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — processed via each provider's secure API with no conversion or processing fees charged by wj802.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank. Bank transfers may be subject to processing times of up to 24 hours.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard may be accepted subject to availability. Card payment processing times and any applicable fees imposed by the card network are outside wj802's control.
• The minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per day and per transaction are published in the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on your account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with financial security requirements. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or to accounts in a name other than the registered account holder.

wj802 reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, source of funds checks or any other due diligence procedure required under applicable policies. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of peak platform activity may take longer to process than the standard timeframe.

wj802 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonus funds are credited to your wj802 bonus wallet separately from your real-money balance. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real-money funds through eligible gameplay that satisfies the stated wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements (rollover conditions) are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, depending on the specific promotion. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means that ৳20,000 in eligible wagers must be placed before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, mobile number or payment method.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or any subsequent identity check.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the wj802 platform, including games, betting markets, login functions or payment processes.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, game glitches or pricing discrepancies on the platform for financial gain.

The wj802 name, logo and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of wj802. Unauthorised use of any wj802 trademark in connection with any goods or services — including in domain names, social media handles or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wj802 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity or reputational damage, even if wj802 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

wj802's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your wj802 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit wj802's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

wj802 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a wj802 account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
